Ford F150 - Back up Camera in Tailgate Handle

Okay, I have searched and come up empty on finding this thread. There was a thread with pics of someone installing an aftermarket backup cam with a new tailgate handle...anyone know where the thread is?

You sure it wasn't a camera in the licence Plate? seen the Florida plate with a camera mounted, I would think it would be hard to put in the handle, the depth of the camera and finger prints on the lens.

ya, definetly in the handle. its a factory option.

My 08 has it. the camera is on the left side of the tailgate handle and the display appears in the rearview mirror when the tranny is put in reverse. Very handy for hooking up a trailer solo.

so is someone gonna post a "how to" on installing one on a truck that does not have it? this seem like a pretty cool up grade. I wonder if it would be possible on my 2006 F150.
