The higher the offset, the more the wheels will tuck in. The lower (negative) the offset, the more the wheels will stick out from the fenders. Looking at the backspacing is the same and easier for some to understand. My wheels are 18x9, 0 offset, 5" backspacing and stick out 2" more than my stock wheels did. My stock wheels were the OEM 17x7.5's with 5.5" of backspacing. So basically with my aftermarket wheels, i jumped 1 1/2" on the width of the rim, and another 1/2" with the backspacing.
And if i had to choose one of those wheels, i'd go with the black one's, i'm not a fan of chrome rims but thats just me. And it also depends on the truck of course.
Hope this helps at least a little, good luck |

| Oh and hey i just looked at your gallery and saw your truck. And i'll have to back up my opinion and say that black wheels would look very good on that color truck. |

Those black ballistics are 18x9, dont forget you need the 6x135 bolt pattern. And also that rim comes in two size's, 0 offset with 5" backspacing and +30 offset with 6.18" backspacing.

| Not a problem man, glad to help when i can.
It depends, what kind of tires do you plan to throw on, what size?
My wheels are 18x9, 0 offset with 5" BS, and i have BFG AT KO's 305/65/18 (34x12.50). I had to trim a tiny bit off my front bumpers lower valance, but very very minor trimming and it only took me about 2 mins if even. And you can use anything to cut through the plastic because it's so soft. After the trimming i have absolutely no rubbing anywhere, not even at full lock. If you click on My Photos i have some pics in there if you want to get an idea what the 0 with 5 looks like. |

| Yeah you'd be all set with the 0 and 5" BS with that size tire, as long as you dont mind them sticking out past the fenders. You could always add some Bushwacker Extend a Flare's or Pocket Flares to cover up the tire too. I think those two flares actually give you an extra 2" of tire coverage. I'm thinking about adding some to my truck, all though i'm hesitant because i love how it looks without them. But legally i might have too, and i suppose it would protect my paint from slinging rocks etc.. |

| The first set in your very first post almost looks like Dick Cepeks. I personally like the second one. I also like the XD rockstar I think it is! |
